Payment Terms
1% in 10 Days; Net 30 Days to customers with established credit.
Until credit is established, orders must be accompanied by payment in full.
Finance Charges are 1% per month on Past Due Balance
Any Federal, State or Local Taxes should be added to quotations, orders and agreements where applicable. We reserve the right to invoice and collect such taxes where applicable at a later date should it become necessary.

Shipping Terms
Shipping is F.O.B. Factory, Beaver Falls, PA; buyer is responsible for all UPS or freight charges unless stated otherwise.
We ship Prepaid to job sited or to your warehouse or location if requested; freight invoices will be added to your invoice.
Until credit is established we can ship Prepaid to your job site or warehouse with your firm shown as the shipper. You will remain responsible for the freight charges and will be billed by the carrier.
Returned Goods
Returned goods for any reason, must have prior consent and be made with freight prepaid by the buyer.
Standard material, undamaged, is credited at 75% of the purchase price.
No credit is issued for custom fabricated material.
Warranty
All dimensions shown are subject to normal manufacturing tolerances of the industry.
Morgan assumes no liability for error in dimensions unless copies of actual floor plans accompany each order.
Any errors must be called to our attention BEFORE concrete has been poured.
Any cost of repairs or alterations made outside the factory must have Morgan's consent, or we will not be responsible for cost.
Weight shown are estimates.
Damages
Claims for damages or shortages in shipment are the responsibility of the buyer and should be noted on the waybill at the time of receipt so that a claim can be made with the carrier.
We will give high priority to reshipping any replacement part necessitated by such above condition.
Buyer shall be billed for all replacement parts.
